Scottish Borders Council. The project is part-financed by the European Union. The
project is intended to be a wide-ranging online resource for businesses, residents,
clubs, societies and community groups in Hawick, as well as a reference point
for external bodies seeking information on activities, history, tourism, business
and investment opportunities in Hawick. It is also intended to increase online
