The Laurels is just a short walk (five to ten minutes) to restaurants, shops and entertainment in the town centre. For those without transport, the border buses run to all local towns plus the city of Edinburgh.
There is also a direct train service from Tweedbank (Galashiels) to Edinburgh, a journey time of under fifty minutes. We offer a courtesy collection and drop off service for those guests arriving without transport at Tweedbank railway station. We offer a secure locked facility for both Bikers and Cyclists available
