Lurden House and its Studio are set in five acres of garden and woodland. It is within easy reach of Hawick, Melrose, Kelso and Jedburgh, with their many tourist attractions.
The Studio is self contained, and accessed by an outside staircase. It is open plan and caters for two people (two single beds), plus folding bed for third person or child. There is an open log fire and heating by radiators.
Within the grounds are the Lurden and Hassendean Burns, and there is a separate walled garden for exclusive use of Studio guests.
