Moving Image Borders (formerly Hawick Multimedia Access Group/Borders Mediabase) is a community organisation that was founded in 2003 to provide media access in the local community.
The ultimate aim of Moving Image Borders is to acquire and staff a fully equipped multimedia access centre and provide low cost access to equipment hire especially for members of the community who would not normally be able to afford digital video production equipment.
Moving Image Borders has recently been awarded Lottery funding to buy portable digital production equipment as a first step in achieving our aims.
