Back to the Borders is the website of the Scottish Borders Ancestral Tourism Forum, set up to help those from across the world to trace their Borders roots. Key to the project is use of Hawick's Heritage Hub, the Borders Archive Centre.
It is hoped that by encouraging Scots from abroad to come home to the Borders there will be economic benefit to the whole area.
