Scott & Charters – Quality Knitwear from Hawick since 1955 An exhibition Catwalk at Borders Textile Towerhouse
An exhibition Catwalk at Borders Textile Towerhouse An exhibition tracing the history of Hawick Knitwear firm Scott & Charters with illustrated story boards, fashion garments and items from the company history on display. Cashmere and other luxury knitwear fashion garments made by Scott & Charters are displayed on mannequins on the Catwalk.

An exhibition of recent work by Borders-based artist Gavin Wood. Elsewhere is a collection of work that explores repetition and difference through mark-making, colour and composition. Hawick’ 1514 Club traces its origins back to the year 1962. That year a group of Hawick Common-Riding supporters who had been unable to obtain tickets for the annual Common-Riding Dinner decided to hold their own dinner the following year. 1963 saw the first 1514 Club Dinner at Mosspaul Hotel near Hawickthast; the Club had started and soon grew.
