Soundsphere: healing sound journey

We are delighted to welcome Suzy Nairn from the ANSU School of Sound to deliver a beautiful and powerful, yet gentle sound journey, weaving Tibetan and crystal singing bowls with healing drum and voice and gentle gong.

Therapeutic Sound has been gaining wide recognition for being a wonderful way to achieve deep relaxation and inner peace, as well as easing physical tension, aches and pains and reducing high blood pressure.

The evening will include a talk and a one-hour relaxing sound journey.
You will also be able and buy some lovely bowls as festive gifts!
