Teri Talks – Piston, Pen and Press

Piston Pen and Press is a celebration of the rich literary culture enjoyed by Victorian textile workers throughout Scotland and the North of England. This event accompanies an exhibition at The Heritage Hub. It features stories and themes introduced by Professor Kirstie Blair and musicians Gillian Frame and Findlay Napier will play songs of the Victorian millworkers, some which have not been heard since the 19th Century.
