Awbody's yoga is breath led, slow, mindful yoga which is adaptable for everybody. I have 20 years teaching experience. for now, all classes are online through Zoom.
This style of yoga brings nervous system resilience. There is science based proof that slow yoga aids illnesses such as inflammatory diseases, high blood pressure, diabetes as well as anxiety and depression. Al classes are around 75 minutes and include postures, breath work, meditation and relaxation.
I also run day retreats.
